Kaizen for Office
Kaizen is a widespread philosophy to raise employees’ awareness to losses, waste and interface problems. With this, employees can tackle problems and optimize within their direct area applying various tools. However, these approaches are often not used in an office environment, resulting in a large number of interface losses, sheer waste, time wasters and clarifications needed.
